Fusion splicing technology now available for LEMO’s HDTV connectors and cables

LEMO, a global leader in the design and manufacture of precision custom connection solutions, has an exclusive partnership with 3SAE
Technologies (www.3sae.com), Franklin, TN, offering a breakthrough technology allowing for both factory and on-site termination by replacing the fiber optic connector polish process with a spliced fiber contact inside a 3K.93C LEMO connector. This process removes the need for the fiber epoxy and polish process, allowing for quicker and simpler termination for build-to-order, installation or repair applications.
